Unlimited Transaction Solutions Rooted in service. Growing your success.

An operational foundation under everything you're building.

Unlimited Transaction Solutions is transaction coordination for New York real estate agents, led by a licensed Associate Real Estate Broker. We take the paperwork, the deadlines, and the follow-up, so you can spend your hours where the growth actually happens.

Woman owned. Serving real estate agents and teams across New York.

Your success is our success.

We aren't a vendor you hand files to. We're invested in the agents we work with, which in practice means we care whether your business is bigger a year from now than it is today.

Most of our agents come to us at the same moment: producing well, on the edge of building a team, and out of hours. The paperwork has become the ceiling. Our job is to take it off you and put an operational foundation underneath you, so the growth has somewhere to stand.

We weave the pieces together.

A transaction is dozens of moving parts held by different people who don't talk to each other. Attorneys, lenders, inspectors, the cooperating agent, your broker's compliance desk. Left alone, they don't converge on their own.

We hold all of it in one place and keep it moving, so the deal stays calm instead of becoming a series of emergencies.

Coordination, not processing.

Most transaction coordination is processing. Documents move from one pile to the next, boxes get ticked, and the file arrives at closing having been handled rather than managed. It works, in the sense that nothing is technically missing.

That's not what you need when you're growing. You need the work to come back the way you would have done it yourself, at the standard your clients already associate with your name.

Because here's what usually happens when an agent scales: volume goes up and service quality quietly goes down. Clients feel it before anyone admits it, and the referrals that built the business start to thin out. Our whole job is to make sure that trade never has to happen. You grow, and the experience your client gets stays the one you built your reputation on.

Your client's biggest complaint, solved.

Ask any buyer or seller what went wrong with their last agent and you'll hear the same thing: after the contract was signed, they stopped hearing anything. Not because the agent stopped caring, but because there's no quick way to know exactly where a file stands the moment the phone rings.

So we give you a live link into your transaction. Real-time contingency status, every critical date, and whatever else you want on it — contact information for all parties, purchase price, anything you'd want in front of you. When your client calls, you open the link and tell them precisely where everything stands.

To your client, it looks like you have your eyes on their transaction every minute. Which you do.

We don't contact your clients. That relationship is yours, and it's the one thing that shouldn't be delegated. The single exception is the listing questionnaire, which we send to gather the property details the MLS needs. Everything else comes from you, and we make sure you always have the answer when they call.

We prepare your contracts. Most coordinators can't.

Our founder is a licensed New York Associate Real Estate Broker, and document preparation here is performed under that supervision. That's what lets us do work most coordination companies aren't able to touch.

Most coordinators can only take a file once it's under contract, which leaves the buyer agreements, the offers, and the listing paperwork on your desk. That's the paperwork that arrives at the least convenient moment, usually while you're standing in someone's kitchen.

We prepare your documents to your specifications. Your playbook, your language, the way you run your business, documented so it comes back the way you'd have done it yourself.

We take it. You stay with the client.

“What happens when you get too busy?”

It's the first thing agents ask us, and they're right to. Most transaction coordination is one person deep. When that person gets busy, sick, or leaves, the knowledge of where your files stand goes with them, and you find out mid-transaction.

Our answer is that we document your business, not just your files. Deadlines, contingency tracking, attorney approval, document collection, compliance, and your specific preferences are written down and built into our system. Any coordinator here can pick up your transaction and run it the way you run it.

Coverage that's real

If your coordinator is out or at capacity, another one steps in the same day and knows exactly where your file stands. No interruption to your service.

Consistency across every file

The seventh transaction gets the same handling as the first. Nothing depends on who's at the keyboard.

An experienced team

Coordinators who have worked real files, not a single person stretched across too many transactions.

You always know where things stand

Same reporting, same updates, same cadence, every file.

New York isn't California.

Almost every transaction coordinator you'll find online learned the job in an escrow state. New York runs through attorneys, and that changes the sequence of nearly everything.

Attorney approval periods, attorney-driven document flow, and the real differences between upstate and downstate practice all change how a file has to be managed. Our coordinators work New York transactions. You won't be correcting our assumptions.
