Why we exist
Most agents reach the same wall. Production is good, the phone is ringing, and the paperwork has quietly become the ceiling on how much more they can take on. Hiring feels premature. Doing it themselves at 9pm isn't working either.
That's the moment we were built for. We take the transaction work off your desk and put an operational foundation underneath your business, so growth has something to stand on.

Why we say transaction manager
Most of this industry says coordinator, and for a lot of the work that word is accurate. A coordinator picks the file up once an offer is accepted, tracks the dates, collects the documents, and gets it to the closing table.
That isn’t the whole job, and it isn’t what we do. We prepare the paperwork before there’s a contract, under a licensed New York Associate Real Estate Broker. We keep standing follow-up open on signatures and missing items until a person closes them, instead of letting them disappear when the file moves to the next stage. We send a contract into attorney review with a note about what’s outstanding rather than holding it until it’s perfect, because a clean file matters less than a clock that’s already running.
None of that is tracking a date. It’s deciding what to do when the transaction stops cooperating — which it will. That’s management, so that’s what we call it, and it’s what our clients started calling it before we did.

She serves as the heart and connective force behind the entire team.
