Unlimited Transaction Solutions Rooted in service. Growing your success.

Terms for One-Time Requests

For agents who aren't UTS clients and send us a single task: a contract to prepare, buyer paperwork, or a listing to enter.

  1. What you're ordering. By submitting a one-time request form, you're asking Unlimited Transaction Solutions (UTS) to do the one service you selected, for the transaction you described.
  2. Quick onboarding. Before we start, we'll confirm the details we need with you, such as your forms, disclosures and where documents should go.
  3. Fee. You pay the flat fee published on our pricing page for that service on the day you submit. The fee isn't reduced if you do part of the work yourself. Counteroffers, amendments and MLS price or status changes are $25 each.
  4. Payment. One-time work is invoiced once a month. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice. If something comes up, talk to us and we'll work it out.
  5. You're in charge. You're the licensed agent on the transaction. You review documents before they go out, give us accurate information, and stay responsible to your broker and your clients.
  6. What we don't do. We don't give legal advice, negotiate, represent your clients or contact them.
  7. Confidentiality. We use your transaction information only to do this work.
  8. Becoming a client. If you'd like to work with us regularly, we'll send you our full services agreement and schedule an onboarding.
