Licensed in real estate since 1986, Lisa Newcomb brings four decades of hands-on experience to Unlimited Transaction Solutions.

From 1990 through 2024, Lisa owned and operated Yankee Realty, serving the Capital Region of New York. During those 34 years, she gained extensive experience in brokerage ownership, agent support, real estate operations, transaction management, and the many details involved in successfully bringing real estate transactions to closing.

As a Licensed NY Associate Real Estate Broker, Lisa understands the real estate business from multiple perspectives: the brokerage owner, the real estate agent, and the transaction management professional.

After decades in the industry, she recognized an opportunity to help real estate professionals operate more efficiently by taking the administrative burden of transaction management off their shoulders.

That vision led to the creation of Unlimited Transaction Solutions.

Not content with simply adopting existing systems, Lisa built the company from the ground up, including developing her own transaction management software and operational processes designed specifically around the needs of real estate professionals.

Today, Unlimited Transaction Solutions provides transaction management and administrative support to real estate agents, teams, and brokerages throughout New York State.

Lisa’s approach combines real-world industry knowledge, technology, personalized service, and an understanding of the importance of deadlines, communication, organization, and compliance.

Her goal is to help agents focus on what they do best: building relationships, serving their clients, and growing their businesses.
